>>Raw material inspection
All materials must provide the supplier’s certificate and must pass the acceptance inspection before starting production. Sometimes, material samples will be sent to independent laboratories for specific testing to meet customer needs. All materials must be marked and classified so that the original source can be traced at any time during the production process.
>>Production inspection
Each stage of the production process will be monitored through production inspections. The first product should be tested at each stage of the production process. Only after completing the test and confirmed by the quality control manager can mass production be carried out. Each production operator will carry out continuous testing during the production process, including dimensional measurement and observation of appearance.
>>Final inspection
After all the documents are signed and sealed, the products of Yonglihao Machinery can only be taken out of the warehouse.
