Al1060 Aluminum Metal Spinning Parts Powder Coating Aluminum Spinning Long Tube
Metal Spinning Parts Introduction
Metal rotating parts The aluminum rotating industrial lampshade uses 1.5mm thick aluminum material. The production process of aluminum metal rotating parts adopts metal stamping/deep drawing/shearing/punching methods to produce. The surface of aluminum metal rotating parts adopts anodizing treatment/spraying/spraying/silvering treatment. This makes the product less susceptible to environmental influences in future use, leading to other problems, such as rust. The pressing environment is an automatic spinning machine/spinning machine operated by workers by hand

CNC metal spinning parts
Metal rotation or rotational forming is the process of moving a rotating roller on a metal blank. The metal rotation process begins with a sheet metal blank rotating on a lathe. The metal disc is pressed on a tool (called a spindle or chuck) with a tailstock. The metal disc, the tailstock and the tool rotate in a circular motion. The roller controlled by the CNC presses against the metal, and the metal is formed above the tool through a series of strokes of the roller. The resulting part is a part that duplicates the exterior of its forming tool.
