What is Metal Spinning Parts?
The main shaft drives the blank and the core to rotate, and then uses the rotary wheel to apply pressure to the rotating blank. Due to the rotary motion of the main shaft of the spinning machine and the longitudinal and lateral feed motion of the tool, this local plastic deformation gradually expands to the entire blank, thereby obtaining hollow rotating body parts of various shapes.
Ideal spinning materials include aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, silver and mild steel. Anneal the workpiece before spinning. If the workpiece undergoes large deformation during the processing, it may need to be annealed two to three times before the spinning is completed. Metal spinning Parts is usually carried out under computer numerical control, which is also called CNC spinning.
