Deep drawing stainless steel stamping process
Our stainless steel stamping capabilities combine mechanical presses and progressive dies to process sheet metal into finished products one at a time. The stainless steel plate is "punched", that is, cut into round or special-shaped flat plates, and then sent to the punching machine. The hydraulic punch sequentially presses the material into a series of specially manufactured molds, thereby gradually forming the material into the final part shape. Our precision stamping process can form seamless one-piece metal parts.
