Yonglihao aluminum stamping and deep drawing process
Deep drawing and stamping of aluminum are both forming methods. Compared with stamping, deep drawing has special requirements for depth. We use mechanical presses and progressive dies for aluminum stamping, and hydraulic presses for aluminum deep drawing. High-strength seamless deep drawing technology can avoid any welding defects, but deep drawing technology can only form simple shapes.
After drawing, punch any holes that your design may require into the part. After stretching, the excess material will also be trimmed.
Most aluminum stamping is a "cold working process", and each step of deep drawing hardens the material. Sometimes in order to obtain a deeper depth, aluminum should be annealed after drawing several times, and it should be adjusted according to different sizes.
Now almost all high-speed train radiators are made of aluminum stamping, because aluminum has good heat transfer function and good strength. In order to obtain better quality, we also heat the aluminum to below 300 degrees Celsius to obtain better tensile properties.
